USI University (USIU) is built up to strengthen the professional skills with innovative learning methods. To comply our mission and vision, "Realizing IDEAS Together", there are 4 colleagues in USI University; COO is the principal and Sr. Vice President as the Deans of each Colleagues.

Every member in USI family has its own learning roadmap following USI company strategy with competencies. Family members are able to join the class according to its professional skills or grade.
